Last year, we witnessed the town come alive with the irresistible charm of our festival from foot-tapping band gigs in our lively pubs to enchanting Shakespeare-themed events in cozy private gardens and this year promises to be even more exciting. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Lucas Jet

Saturday 22nd June 17:30-19:30

Lucas Jet will be with us to perform his one man circus extravaganza! A show that is equally entertaining for adults and children will feature unicycling, juggling, hat manipulation and acrobatics as well as lots of opportunities for audience participation. There will also be an opportunity to learn some circus skills after the show.

Vo Fletcher

Saturday 22nd June - 19:30

Purveyors of the Finest Quality Acoustic Psychedelia, Americana, Bluegrass, Old-Time, Country & Folk guitar music, these expert musicians specialise in fancy pickin’, lonesome hollerin’, duels, murder ballads and songs by dead folks. Tyler and Vo play like two people who have known each other for a lifetime, even though they’ve only been gigging since 2007.

Chiltern Winds

Friday 28th June - 19:30

Chiltern Winds are delighted to be returning to Winchcombe, after a sold-out performance in 2022. The group formed at the Royal Academy of Music and its members are now very successful professional musicians regularly performing with some of the best orchestras across the country. They will be performing a varied programme, including classical favourites, a jazz-inspired suite and even some sea shanties, so there really will be something for everyone.

Soaring Summer Music

Thursday 27th June - 19:30

In the historic Tudor Hall at Sudeley Castle hear the sublime soprano voice of Hannah Hughes accompanied by Jude Lane, virtuoso jazz fusion pianist . These talented young artists, fresh from Guildhall School of Music and Drama have been acclaimed at top venues across the country. They will take us on a musical tour through classical opera, folk, jazz and popular songs.

Violin & Guitar – Fantastic With Fizz

Thursday 27th June - 13:00-14:00

Fantastic With Fizz are a Violin and Guitar Duo providing music for Events and Parties. They have worked for King Charles at Highgrove, at car launches for Jaguar and Rolls Royce in British Embassies around Europe, at the BAFTA’s and aboard luxury cruise vessels on all five continents. They are delighted to be performing this summer at the magnificent Sudeley Castle.

Tuesday 25th June - 19:30

Join the Valley Collective as they explore the weird and wonderful of the musical world. Going across genre, this concert will take you through a broad range of sound worlds; pieces from Copland, Dodgeson and Hozier, alongside works by composers from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, improvisations and special guests from Winchcombe Abbey Primary School.

How To Sing Like a Diva

Anyone who has been to St Peter’s on a Sunday morning will know the beauty and power of Shelley Everall Hoban’s voice. In this talk she shares some of the tips and tricks of the trade, and gives an insight into what it takes to be a top singer. She has been known to make us sing Mozart through a kazoo, so expect the unexpected.

Fairy Queen Student Opera

Sunday 23rd June - 14:00-16:00

The Cheltenham Vocal Academy are bringing the Fairy Queen following a hugely successful run at the Playhouse last year. Based on A Midsummer’s Night Dream, the opera features some of Purcell’s most beautiful music, scenes such as the ‘Masque of the Drunken Poet’ and the farce of Bottom in a donkey’s head.
